Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure a Pump and Motor Assembly for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded.
Solicitation N4523A-26-Q-4019 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about Wednesday, 4 March 2026 with the quotes due on or about Friday, 13 March 2026. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM.
All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSEA. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to http://www.sam.gov.
