NDA Execution - Pre RFP requirement for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Meter Data Management System (MDMS), Customer Portal, and Streetlight Control System.

Instructions:

1. Review the NDA attached to this notice.
2. Only vendors with an executed NDA and the Intend to respond form on file will be granted access to the RFP package.
3. Appendix B and Appendix C shall be submitted in electronic form through the City’s web site at: https://georgetown.ionwave.net/Login.aspx .All interested vendors are required to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-bid System at the above web address and clicking on “Supplier Registration”.
4. NDA (Appendix C)and Intento to Respond (Appendix  B) Must be received prior to the time and date specified in the City’s E-bid System. The mere fact that the documents were dispatched will not be considered; the vendor must ensure that the NDA was properly uploaded in the System. The time documents are  received shall be determined by the electronic clock in the City’s E-bid System

Important Notes:

• The NDA will remain in effect throughout the procurement process and any subsequent negotiations.
• Failure to submit a signed NDA by the deadline will disqualify vendors from participating in this solicitation.

We will issue the detailed RFP documents as per section IX of the RFP to vendors directly, only to those who have submitted the intent to respond form (Appendix B) and the fully executed the NDA (Appendix C) through the City's E-bid System.
