The City of Hibbing is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete the next phases of the Highland Hills Small Area Planning Process. This work includes two distinct projects:

  1. Lot development planning for four lots located at the end of East Park Drive.
  2. Subdivision platting and associated planning for the remaining 30-50 lots located on the top of the hill.
