Alpine School District Flooring Installation-Lone Peak High School

Project Description: The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a licensed and qualified vendor(s) to complete the work described in this RFP related to installing new flooring at Lone Peak High School.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Tuesday, May 20, 2025, @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated above.
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project.
Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit and Alpine School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #ASD05202025HM. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
