Project Description: Invitation for Bid (IFB)
UDOT- Purgatory Water Line Replacement
Solicitation # UDOT250281CN
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Construction services to replace Existing water lines.
270’ of 6” Ductile Iron waterline for an existing Fire Hydrant
160’ of 4” Ductile Iron waterline for the Fire Sprinkler system
160’ of 2” PVC water line for the domestic water feed.
Pipe lengths are not exact and should be determined in the field to include all connections and fittings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Project must be completed by June 30th 2025.
Mandatory Site visit:
Date/Time: Wednesday May 14th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Location: UDOT 5340 W 200 S Hurricane, Utah 84737
The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 am and if you are late you may be asked to not participate in the site visit and not allowed to submit a bid
The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation # UDOT250281CN . This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
