Sealed bids will be received by the Planning & Development Department for the Johnson County Park and Recreation District (“JCPRD”) at the Sunset Drive Office Building located at 11811 Sunset Dr #2100 , Olathe, KS 66061 until 2:00 PM CDT on June 3rd, 2025 for Kill Creek Streamway Trail Extension Rebid. The b id is for General Contract on trail construction including but not limited to clearing & grubbing, grading, asphalt pavement, bridge renovation, and culverts.

A pre-bid conference will be held at Kill Creek Park Maintenance Shop, 33159 W. 117th St, Olathe, KS 66061, at 2pm on May 20th, 2025. Attendance is recommended, but is not mandatory. A partial site tour will follow the meeting.
