The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ has updated the acquisition strategy for the items listed below.from a Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open competition.
A maximum quantity of: 1) One (1) First Article Test Unit - Panasonic Toughbook, Part Number FZ-40CZ-0DAM; 2) One hundred eighteen (118) Panasonic Toughbooks, Part Number FZ-40CZ-0DAM. The Panasonic Toughbooks shall include a Laptop (Part Number FZ-40CZ-0DAM) and Laptop Power Cord (Part Number CF-AA5713A2M); 3) Retrofit one hundred four (104) Legacy P-8 Maintenance Laptop Sets, Part Number 4091AS1000-1 to Part Number 4091AS1000-2 in accordance with Government Export Controlled drawings; and 4) One hundred (100) P-8 Maintenance Laptop Sets, Part Number 4091AS1000-2.
The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price / Technically Acceptable basis. Further requirements will be posted to the SAM website on or about 17 November 2025. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be mailed.
The Government anticipates that the RFP will be released under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334111.
NO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a full and open competition basis in accordance with the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
