Re-Bid: General Plumbing Repair

Lancaster County, South Carolina is requesting proposals from qualified plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services across County-owned facilities. The scope includes routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installation of plumbing fixtures, and resolution of water supply and drainage issues. Work may occur in administrative buildings, libraries, public safety facilities, parks, and other properties as designated.

Selected vendors must demonstrate experience with commercial plumbing systems, compliance with applicable codes and permitting standards, and the ability to respond swiftly to service requests. Non-emergency service requests should be initiated within 48 hours of notification, while emergency requests, such as hazardous conditions, must be acknowledged within 1 hour and responded to on-site within 4 hours. Vendors must demonstrate capacity to deliver timely, reliable, and cost-effective service.

Contractors are expected to provide cost-effective solutions, maintain safety standards, and coordinate effectively with County personnel.
