Description:
This project includes a 35,415 sf 2-story new building, constructed with steel columns and beams, concrete slab on grade, composite floor slab, & steel roof decking/joists. Retaining walls integrated to accommodate the building construction along a sloped site. Façades composed of adhered natural stone and a solid surface rainscreen panel system above. Scope includes Single Ply TPO roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, civil & landscape.
