This debris clogged the east side drain beside the home, and, in part damaged the deck behind the home Abatement efforts will include removing the debris from the east side drain; then a reinforced concrete ditch is proposed to provide a long-term stable drain. This will provide for stability for the Hacker residence and the residence on the east side. Similarly, the back of the home (north side), will have debris removed. This will include removing the deck and constructing a concrete barrier wall for long-term stability of the home. The deck will be replaced in kind.
