SPECIFICATIONS:

• Body on Frame Type construction

• Service Life 7 Year/200,000 Miles

• Conforms with all State and federal regulations

Body Construction

• Chassis OEM Body Mount Isolators support steel Fabricated Floor members and

aluminum

• Meet FMVSS Standard 220, School Bus rollover protection

• Roof and Floor rails are single piece aluminum extrusions, grade 6061-T6

• Composite body panels constructed using impact resistant, fiber reinforced skins

and expanded

• Exterior and Interior skins are bonded to the core material utilizing and aircraft

grade adhesive

• Embedded aluminum cage construction surrounds the passenger area

• Front cab cage is constructed from E550 high strength aerospace steel

• Front cab cage is powder coated black, 80–120-micron thickness

• Body panels are routed with a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) router to

create a precise single place body panels (roof, sidewalls, and rear wall)

• Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) color matched body skirts and wheel flares

• Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) one-piece, color matched front and rear body

caps

Floor Construction

• Incorporates a modular floor system, bonded and mechanically attached to a

steel subfloor

• Floor decking consists of aluminum extruded, interconnected panels

• Seat and wheelchair securement areas include full length, locking track

• Non-track areas are covered with anti-slip commercial grade floor covering

(Ger0Flor or equal)

• Steel sub-floor is welded and mechanically attached to the OEM chassis frame

rails utilizing OEM body

• Electric door actuator is controlled from a dash mounted momentary on and off

switch

• The actuator includes a manual release
