The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to issue a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: 5 (NEW) Fox Student Model Oboes made from wood not plastic and 5 (NEW) Fox Student Model Bassoons made from wood not plastic.
Each oboe and bassoon MUST come with its own case, swabs, cork grease and other daily care essentials.
SHIPPING TO SNOW COLLEGE MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE BID.

Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB.
Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.
Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
