Description

This Request for Information (RFI), SPE605-26-RFI-1001, is being issued for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel in support of DLA Energy 1.8V Fuel Program for various customers located throughout South Korea. The result of this RFI will contribute to the support of providing ground fuels for a period of 3 years and multiple of awards MAY be made.



THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. General information regarding RFIs: In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for gathering information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any response to this notice will be treated as information only. DLA Energy will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI. Respondents are advised that DLA Energy is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI. Responses to this RFI do not bind DLA Energy to any further actions.



The total estimated fuel quantity for the DLA Energy 1.8V Fuel Program is approximately 16 million gallons with 54+ line items. The fuel products sought potentially include the following:




  • Gasoline, Mid Unleaded (MUM)

  • Gasoline, Regular Unleaded (MUR)

  • Korean Diesel Class 3, Regular (KDR)



Mode of Transportation:




  • Tank Truck (TT)

  • Tank Wagon (TW)

  • Tank Truck with Pump and Meter (TTWP)



In responding to this notice, please provide the following specific information:




  1. Organization name, address, email address, Website address, telephone number, DUNS and cage code and size and type of ownership for the organization.

  2. Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capability, and ability to perform.

  3. Specific types of fuel capable of supplying and areas that can be supported.

  4. Type of storage and capacity quantity.

  5. Location of fuel source facility.
