Scope of Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies seeking to provide general contractor services, on a project-specific, no guaranteed basis.
OUC intends to establish a pool of prequalified General Contractors. Each construction project will be independently solicited, competitively evaluated, and awarded on a project-by-project basis. Projects will be issued as individual Project specific purchase orders (Purchase Orders) under the Prequalification Agreement. OUC reserves the right, at its discretion and as required by applicable law, to require Payment and Performance Bonds for any Project specific purchase order based on project value, complexity, or risk, and to procure larger or more complex projects through separate competitive solicitations when deemed in OUC’s best interest.
