Scope of Services
The Brevard County Housing and Human Services Department has established an application for developers applying for Florida Housing Finance Corporation tax credits, State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) funds, and/or revenue bonds for a proposed development located in Unincorporated Brevard County and the cities. Applications will be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on October 20, 2025.
