Demolition of existing concrete, gravel, sod and the installation of brick paving, concrete plaza, monument signage, planting beds and furnishings as well as existing utility relocation at the existing historic Water Tower site. Prior experience, qualification and product certification will be required. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the City of Walterboro Council Chambers, 242 Hampton Street, Walterboro, SC, on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 10:00am.
