The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for:



33 x iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB dual-SIM (and charging cables, for European pluggers)



Please note: This RFQ is restricted solely to iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB dual-SIM. No iPhone offer for 17 Pro Max 256GB dual-SIM will be considered as technically acceptable.



The United States Consulate in Frankfurt requires 33 new and unused iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB dual-SIM to be delivered to Frankfurt am Main, Germany



The iPhones must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany no later than 30 days after receipt of the order.



The price quoted in the bid must include the delivery and local sales tax as follows:



DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees as well as a VAT of 19% [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises.





The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with the best overall value. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.



Qualified companies interested in this RFQ shall express their interest by writing to GSO Procurement at Einkauf@state.gov, no later than 16:00 hours on Monday, 09 February 2026 using the solicitation number PR15794127 in the subject line.
