RFP - GCO and Regional Modal (Bike) Promotions

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or individuals experienced in developing, implementing, and measuring the impacts of promotions aimed at increasing bicycling. The Consultant will also work with ARC staff as well as GCO consultant teams to develop the marketing and outreach plans necessary to implement each promotion.
