Sand Hills State Forest is currently accepting bids for approximately 4,500 tons of pine and 550 tons of hardwood ( bidder is responsible for their own estimate ) on 136 acres located in Chesterfield County, SC. Bids must be in the format of: one blended price per ton for all pine products and one blended price per ton for all hardwood products. Bids will be opened on May 1 st , 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Bidder must reference SHSF-5232-ADV-TS-25 in their bid. A $15,000.00 performance bond is required at the signing of this contract.
