Title: Joint Operations Center Personal Electronic Device Surveillance System

The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of an electronic device surveillance system.
Quotes must meet all of the necessary product requirements listed in the attached Statement of Work
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 334290. The small business size standard is 800 Employees. Products associated with this quote must be Made in the USA or be TAA Compliant in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.225-7021
Offers must include sufficient product information (ie model numbers, pictures and product specifications) to allow the OHARNG to determine whether the proposed items meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote.
This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures under FAR Part 13.106(b). The award will be made on the basis cost and compliance with the specifications listed in the SOW.
Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process.
Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quotes. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM August 29, 2025. You must submit your quotes through GSA Advantage. https://www.gsaadvantage.gov/advantage/ws/main/home Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Offerors are encouraged to check SAM.gov often for changes and/or amendments to this RFQ. Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing via email to herbert.l.brown24.civ@army.mil . No questions will be taken by phone. Responses to RFI’s will be posted to this RFQ in a question/answer format. RFI’s must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM August 22, 2025
