This is a Set-Aside Small Business (SB) Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.

All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Durable Home Medical Equipment Accessories. The Contractor shall provide Durable Home Medical Equipment Accessories (DME/HME) Services in accordance with the details outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be performed for the Alexandria VA HealthCare System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71, Pineville, LA, 71360.
