Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice for Cellular telephone services.

The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to Embassy of the United States of America in Harare, Zimbabwe.

The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four-year options to renew.

Solicitation will be posted in 15 days.
