What: We seek a demonstration of telemaintenance hardware and software that can provide:
Where: Ft Detrick, MD
When: March 26, 2025
Why: A robust telemaintenance program could significantly reduce the volume of medical devices shipped to higher maintenance levels. Near-term impacts include precise troubleshooting, tele-mentoring of junior technicians, and higher confidence in expertise and parts required. Long-term effects could include greater proficiency, cost-effective training, and higher medical device readiness rates across the Army.
