Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to conduct Market Building Activities (MBA) and develop a Public-Private Partnership (P3) Plan to attract sustainable investment in Louisville. This initiative will build on the recent Louisville Green Bank business plan planning efforts and will continue to refine the plan by leveraging existing financial tools and creating new products, fostering community and stakeholder engagement, and helping Louisville attract sustainability investment through the National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) and other funding as it becomes available.
