This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide VISN-4 Microbiology Instrumentation and Testing. This is a requirement for Six (6), VISN-04, VA Medical Center facilities throughout Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about 10/30/2025. The full solicitation will be Full and Open Market Competition with no set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q301 Medical Reference Laboratory Testing.
