Amendment to a Previous Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C78625Q50211 - NCA Customer Satisfaction Survey Services
This purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to submitted questions, revised docs and to extend the submission due date.
Response date and time for offers is extended. Offers are due by no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on 23 May 2025 to the Contracting Officer, Weston.Worsham@va.gov.
Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by the time of submission by submitting separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
Note: Some revisions/changes have been highlighted in the revised documents as a courtesy. However, it is the Offeror's responsibility to review all information and documentation.
