Public Hearing- Amendments to 2011 Zoning Resolution and Amendment to Re-zone Parcel

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FULTON COUNTY RURAL ZONING COMMISSION

On Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 9:15 a.m., the Fulton County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendments to the 2011 Fulton County Zoning Resolution and on the rezoning of less than ten (10) parcels of land in Franklin Township.  The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners Session Room, located at 152 S. Fulton Street, in Wauseon, Ohio.

Applicant, Stacey Glecker, 21800 County Road L, requests for consideration the amending of the Fulton County Rural Zoning Code, Section 100-4.2, Zoning Plan.  The proposed amendment is for the rezoning of parcel # 10-019908-01.00 owned by J&J Ag LLC, which is in an M1 District.  The applicant proposes to rezone to AG/RE the following described property situated in Section 3, Franklin Township, County of Fulton and State of Ohio, located at 9444 CR 25 Fayette.

A copy of the amendments to the 2011 Fulton County Zoning Resolution and the proposed re-zoning application are available for review at the office of the Fulton County Regional Planning Commission, 152 South Fulton St., Suite 165, Wauseon, OH  43567, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
