Request for Proposals (“RFP”)
County of Orange (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors (“Respondents”), to provide Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services for CMAR - TERMINAL GREASE INTERCEPTOR REPLACEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Project (“Project”) located at John Wayne Airport, 18601 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707 . The awarded proposal (“Contract”) will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Pre-Construction Services and Construction Services between the County and the selected Respondent (“CMAR Entity” or “CMARE”). The County may, at its sole discretion, exercise its option to negotiate a GMP for the construction of the Project with the CM and will return to the Board of Supervisors for authorization to execute a construction services contract.
All questions/requests for interpretation are due: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. All questions and inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ocgov.
Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this RFP. County Procurement Services will provide all official communication concerning this RFP. Any response relevant to this RFP other than through or approved by County Procurement Services is unauthorized and will be considered invalid.
The County of Orange, OC Public Works (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Terminal Grease Interceptor Replacement and Improvement Project
Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
Prospective Respondents are advised to carefully review the attached RFP solicitation package and complete/upload their proposals per Section I "Introduction and Instructions to Respondents" and Section II "Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Terminal Grease Interceptor Replacement and Improvement Project Scope of Work & Response Requirements" of the RFP package.
