day of July 2026 , Franklin Township Trustees filed a petition to vacate a portion of a street, more particularly described herein below, as provided for under §5553.45 of the Ohio Revised Code, with the Clerk of the County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio.
The following is the course and termini of said proposed vacation, to wit:
Road 22 from Road L to Road M
You are hereby NOTIFIED
that the Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County has fixed the date of August 25, 2026 at 9:15am as the date and hour for the Board to conduct a hearing, in accordance with ORC §5553.45, located at the Board of Fulton County Commissioners Meeting Room located at 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio 43567
