The LOWELL HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Kitchen & Bath Modernization at State Aided Development: Concord & Pleasant (667-C3) in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by DERBY SQUARE ARCHITECTS.
The Project consists of but not limited to: The renovation and modernization of Kitchens and Bathrooms, new flooring, new electrical systems, new heating & A/C system.
