THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase Class V Rip Rap. Delivery of approximately 855 tons of MNDOT Class V rip rap to a stream bank located
approximately 1 mile south of Chatfield MN. Access to stockpile site will be approximately 2,300
across an existing agricultural field that will be maintained by DNR Fisheries
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Rip Rap and Clean Crossing Rock for an order at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to kyle.ballantyne@state.mn.us no later than January 10, 2025, 2:00 PM 9CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
