Tarrant County College District (TCCD) announces IFB #25-027: Building Waterproofing Remediation- NW Campus. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for Wednesday, July 02, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time. A non-mandatory walk-through is scheduled for Wednesday, July 02, 2025, at 3:00 PM local time. Building Waterproofing Remediation – NW Campus
Location: 4801 Marine Creek Drive, Fort Worth, TX
This project involves building envelope remediation at Tarrant County College’s Northwest Campus to restore waterproofing and prevent further deterioration. The scope includes stucco replacement, window and roof repairs, flashing updates, sealant replacement, and skylight system installation.
The building will remain in use during construction. Work must be coordinated to minimize disruption and maintain access to surrounding paved areas. Contractor must provide temporary sanitary facilities, comply with OSHA standards, and furnish scaffolding and staging as needed. Power and water will be supplied by the Owner, unless abused.
This project will enhance building integrity, improve moisture control, and extend the structure’s lifespan through targeted remediation and waterproofing.
