THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase Class V Rip Rap and clean 1 1/2" crossing rock Delivery of approximately 770 tons of MNDOT Class V rip rap and 35 tons of clean 1 ½” crossing
rock to a stream bank located approximately 5 miles west of Weaver MN. Access to stockpile
site will be by a 5,000-foot long existing field road which includes a low water stream crossing
that will be maintained by DNR Fisheries.

The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Rip Rap and Clean Crossing Rock for an order at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
