NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposal, addressed to the CITY OF PASADENA, TEXAS, for the following:
2026 LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS
WYATT LIFT STATION - CIP # WW103
HIAWATHA LIFT STATION - CIP # WW104
CRESTFORD LIFT STATION - CIP # WW105
For the CITY OF PASADENA, TEXAS, hereinafter called "OWNER" will be received
at the office of the CITY SECRETARY, 1149 Ellsworth Drive, 2nd Floor, Pasadena,
Texas until 4:00 p.m., the day of MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2026, and then will be
publicly opened and read aloud on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 AT 3:00 p.m. at
1149 Ellsworth Drive, 2nd Floor Suite 236. Any bid received after the closing time will be
returned unopened.
Project Description: The project consists of lift station improvements at three lift station sites:
Wyatt, Hiawatha, and Crestford, for the City of Pasadena, as shown on the drawings. The project
includes, but is not limited to, site work, lift station rehabilitation/replacement, gravity sanitary
sewer, force main, mechanical and electrical equipment, SCADA integration, and all related
subsidiary and incidental work necessary to provide complete and operational system in
accordance with the plans and specifications.
Plans, specifications, and pre-qualification forms may be procured from the Public Works
Department, via email at Engineering@pasadenatx.gov. Pre-qualification with the City of
Pasadena is required to bid on this project(s). The form can be obtained via the previous
Engineering email.
No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving of bids, for at least
thirty (30) days.
Bidders will be required to furnish verifiable references with their bids/proposals and to provide
payment and performance bonds.
The "OWNER" reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive formalities.
