Description

The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Comprehensive- and third party liability motor vehicle insurance for our Center for Disease Control and Prevention Offices. The contractor/vendor/broker shall provide all mentioned insurance services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when the full solicitation is published.



The US Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed priced type of contract for its duration. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the middle May 2025. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
