Project Description: The Borough of Lansdale is performing sanitary sewer improvements to West Third Street. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: open cut replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, sanitary sewer manhole replacement, installation of new sanitary sewer cleanouts, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement as necessary to facilitate the sanitary sewer improvements, and temporary and permanent asphalt pavement restorations. The removal and restoration of the existing concrete roadway with 6” of 25.0 MM Base Course is also included in this project as Alternate Bid No. 1.
