The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of security cameras and related equipment at 1-11 Colwell Avenue and 25-35 Temple Street.
The Project consists of the installation of a Video Management System integrated into the LHA's Genetec Security Center. Work also includes furnishing and installing new fiber optic backbone utilizing existing underground conduits. Termination of existing telecommunications prior to installation of new shall be coordinated for the Temple Street site. Installation of exterior security cameras and related equipment shall be as shown in the engineering drawings.
