| Pre-Bid Meeting Info: | A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm MDT. All plan holders will receive an invitation to the virtual pre-bid conference. On June 17, between the hours of 9 am to 12 pm bidders will have the opportunity to meet with the Engineer at the pump station site and to tour the project area. There will not be a formal presentation by the Engineer as part of the site visit. Bidders are not required to visit the site when the Engineer is present but are strongly encouraged to visit the site during the bidding period to observe conditions. Location information and details will be provided at the pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. |

| Description: | Construction of approximately nine (9) miles of pressurized, fused HDPE pipe. The pipe sizes range from 54-inches at the pump station down to 14-inches at the end. Work shall include installation of required fittings, valves, combination vacuum-air relief valves, pressure relief valves, drainage sumps, and all other appurtenances associated with the pressurized pipeline. There are up to sixteen separate turnouts along the pressurized pipeline that will connect to existing pressurized irrigation systems, ponds, or injection wells. The ponds and injection wells are not part of this project. Construction of the pipeline will be along existing public roads, private roads, private property. |
