The WALTHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Licensed Asbestos Remediation Contractors for the Abatement of all Asbestos Containing Material located in common hallways and the Community Room/ Laundry Room at Federal Aided Development: 56-62 Pond Street 13-1 in Waltham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Safety Environmental Consultants.

The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal of all Asbestos Containing Material -ACM in common hallways including but not limited to floor tiles, floor mastic ,cove base and cove base mastic etc. -as specified in the SEC Report)-located in the front and back Building common hallways of each address as well in the community room and laundry room.
