Vaughan Chopper and Triton Pumps, Parts, and Service

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with FJ Nugent & Associates, Inc. for the provision of Vaughan Company's Chopper and Triton pumps, parts, and service.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Vaughan Company, Inc., dated February 13, 2025, FJ Nugent & Associates, Inc. is the appointed Vaughan Company Inc. Representative and sole source for the State of Florida, including sales, service and parts.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
