• IDIQ Contract Ceiling: The overall ceiling for the GLOBALCAP IDIQ is $5 billion. This is a cumulative maximum that applies across all future work under the program. It is important to note that the government is not obligated to spend the full amount. Future task orders will be awarded through fair opportunity procedures, and contractors must compete to receive them. Each contractor awarded an IDIQ is only guaranteed a minimum of $25,000. Task orders will be issued based on mission needs and must align with the administration’s strategic priorities.
