Air Show Concessionaire

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES

The 97 Air Mobility Wing requires Concessionaire Services to during an Airshow at Altus AFB, OK 73523.

1. A NAF Concessionaire Agreement is being solicited to provide a written proposal for concessionaire services for food, beverages, and novelty items in support of the 2025 "Altus Airpower Stampede" Open House/Air Show which will take place on April 12-13, 2025. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to award a Master Concessionaire for this event.

2. The objectives of the 2025 "Altus Airpower Stampede" Open House/Air Show are:

a. To inform the public about the mission, capabilities, equipment, training and professionalism of the United States Air Force and its people. Open Houses shall not take on the character of commercial entities, carnivals, or fairs. Open Houses will not be used as a venue for the display or sale of commercial items, other than those provided for in this proposal.

b. To assist in recruiting efforts.

c. To improve community relations.

d. To promote pride and espirit de corps among military members, thereby positively affecting retention.

e. To generate revenue in support ofServices/MWR programs and facilities.

3. For consideration, a complete proposal package must be received at this office NO

LATER THAN 2 December 2024. Proposals must address the items identified in the attached Statement of Work, which will become affixed to and part of the contract. Proposals that fail to address the required evaluation factors will be deemed non-responsive.

Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Capability statements are due on 2 December 2024 by 5:00pm CST. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to cole.santee@us.af.mil and katharine.lewis.1@us.af.mil. Capability statements and supporting documentation provided after the due date listed above will not be reviewed.
