The work shall consist of the removal of live, hazardous and dead, dying or diseased plant materials, removal of storm damaged trees and limbs of all sizes caused because of or during heavy winds, hurricanes, etc. and the trimming of branches to provide adequate vehicle clearance and sight distance and to enhance the appearance or future growth potential of a tree. For the purposes of this contract, any part of the tree trunks or base of plant material located on LHA property lines shall be considered within LHA property
