Bayou Caddy Ecosystem Restoration (Shoreline Stabilization) project

The purpose of this Amendment is to

A. Incorporate the location, date, and time for the Bayou Caddy Herbicide site visit, Tuesday 19 November 2024, at 09:00am central time. Confirmation of attendees should be emailed by Monday, 18 November 2024 1pm to Katie.niles@usace.army.mil.

B. The Solicitation due date is extended to 09 December 2024 at 2pm central time.

C. Extends the date for questions on ProjNet to 02 December 2024 at 2pm central time. All questions should be submitted through ProjNet, reference Section L.

D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit - Bayou Caddy

a. A pre-proposal Site Visit meeting location:

TIME: 0900 Central Time

b. Attendance at the pre-proposal site visit is strongly recommended. During the pre-proposal site visit, the requirements set forth in the solicitation will be reviewed and discussed. The duration of the site visit will be approximately one (1) day to include an accompanied site visit of the Irvington Site Office. The Irvington office will provide boat access for this trip. All interested Offerors are urged and expected to attend the scheduled site visit and to inspect the site(s) where work will be performed. (FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (1984)).

c. The number of attendees for the pre-proposal site visit is limited to two (2) from each firm. The Offeror is to provide the names of individuals that will be attending from their company, on company letter head, and send to the Mobile District. The list of attendees shall be emailed to Katie.niles@usace.army.mil by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on 18 November 2024.

e. Information obtained during the site survey, but not included in the scope of work, is not contractually binding.
