| Description: | 1. Remove existing 25-ton R-22 air handling unit and condensing unit and replace with new. Remove all associated refrigerant line sets and replace with new. Connect to existing ductwork within the limits of the existing mechanical room. 2. Integrate new condensing unit and air handling unit into building automation system. 3. Provide new variable frequency drive for new air handling unit. 4. Provide new duct mounted CO2, humidity, and smoke detector for air handling unit and integrate back into building automation system and fire alarm. 5. Provide new motorized dampers for relief, return, and outside air control for economizing. 6. Provide new hot water piping control valves and coil connection for air handling unit hot water coil. Integrate new control valves into building automation system. 7. Provide new heavy duty fusible disconnect for condensing unit/air handling unit and connect to existing power. 8. Provide pre/post-construction test and balance. 9. Provide new Vykon JACE 9000. 10. Provide new Bacnet IP controllers for existing vav terminals, (2) packaged units, and boiler plant. |
