■ Only the following five Contractors can bid on this project as a Prime Contractor:
• Calex Engineering
• Clarke Contracting
• Jilk Heavy Construction, Inc.
• Mike Prlich & Sons, Inc.
• Mladen Buntich Construction Company

♦ This project will construct two new bulkheads due to a washout from rainfall and poor drainage control. The first bulkhead at 581 Mt. Washington Drive will be 32 linear feet long and consist of 5 soldier piles with precast concrete lagging panels. The second bulkhead, located at 805 Mt. Washington Drive will be 24 linear feet long and consists of 4 soldier piles with precast concrete lagging panels.
♦♦ New AC asphalt, berm and metal beam guardrail will also be installed. The new bulkheads will be backfilled with soil, CMB and a wall backdrain consisting of gravel wrapped in geofabric
