The City of Everett is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Management & Implementation Support Services for the City's Accounting System Replacement / ERP Modernization Project. This procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, S6 and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Documents and instructions will be available beginning July 13, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City's website.

Sealed Proposals will be received until August 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149
