THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

The National Park Service, Intermountain Region, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a sole source award for the installation of emergency equipment in one GSA law enforcement vehicle assigned to Devils Tower National Monument, Wyoming.

The National Park Service (NPS) intends to procure the supplies and installation services for emergency equipment on one GSA law enforcement vehicle, a 2022 Ford Expedition. This service is required to support the Division of Visitor and Resource Protection. The procurement will be made from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).

This is a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811118 Other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 million.

This notice is not a request for quotations, and no solicitation document is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
