Request for Proposals for Receipt, Transfer, Haul & Disposal of Solid Waste
The City of Paducah, Public Works Department, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the Receipt, Transfer, Haul & Disposal of Solid Waste. Proposals will be received at 2:00 p.m. CDT on July 10, 2026. All Proposals received will be opened and read aloud in the Commission Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall, 300 South 5th Street, Paducah, KY.
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. CDT on June 12, 2026, in the Commission Chamber of City Hall.

This document is an Amendment of the proposal specifications for “Receipt, Transfer, Haul &
Disposal of Solid Waste” and shall be a part of and included in the Proposal Documents. When the
Addendum conflicts with the original Specifications and/or requirements. This Addendum shall govern.
The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting explained on page 12 in section 3.21 of the original RFP was
stated incorrectly. The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for Friday June 12th at 1:00
p.m., CDST, at City Hall.
