This is a synopsis for commercial sole source item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only a synopsis. A separate written solicitation will not be issued to SAM.gov.



Solicitation number 12314426Q0142 is issued as a Sole Source Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 12314426Q0142 to London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).



The purpose of the requirement is for the International Production Assessment Division (IPAD) of the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), Global Marketing Analysis (GMA) program area to obtain weekly crop area, yield and production (AYP) forecasts and estimates for top-producing countries, and for all major grains, oilseeds, and cotton fiber commodities.
